🛜 Server Hosting & Multiplayer Experience
Since April 2025, we have personally started to use an Apex Hosting EX Series (16GB RAM) powered by a Ryzen 9 7950x (5.7GHz) to work on the modpack and build all the exclusive COBBLEVERSE structures. Based on our hands-on experience, it is incredibly user-friendly, fast, and offers great overall performance (we especially love the incredible speed of server restarts and shutdowns!)
1-Click Installation: Jump into the world of COBBLEVERSE in no time! Simply select COBBLEVERSE Pokemon Adventure [Modrinth] directly from your Minecraft Java server control panel and begin your adventure right away!
Performance & Reliability: Their hardware has proven to ensure a smooth, lag-free experience even with quite large modpacks like ours
Instant Setup & Support: Get your server online immediately after purchase and enjoy Day One updates with fast, reliable support
⚠️ Important: For the best experience with the COBBLEVERSE modpack in multiplayer, we highly recommend choosing a plan with 6GB RAM or more. This ensures stability as you explore and encounter more Pokémon with your friends! Of course, the recommended amount of RAM depends on how many friends you plan to invite to your server for your adventure!
🌐 Other Hosting Options
We have also relied on Nitrado to power our multiplayer experiences since 2020. It remains a very versatile service, especially for players who enjoy quickly switching between Minecraft and many other game titles
While Nitrado is a solid and flexible veteran in the hosting world, for the most optimized, "ready-to-go" COBBLEVERSE adventure, we strongly suggest choosing Apex Hosting for Day One update availability and faster technical support
This modpack requires at least 4GB of RAM to be able to play smoothly in single player (6GB+ recommended).

This modpack includes several datapacks and resource packs created by third-party authors.
Some of these have been slightly modified solely to ensure technical compatibility and stable integration with the rest of the modpack.
These modifications may include:
removing or adjusting files that conflict with other content in the modpack;
balancing certain behaviors;
fixing errors that caused crashes or major incompatibilities.
We do not claim ownership of any of the modified content.
All rights remain with the original creators, whom we sincerely thank for their amazing contributions that make COBBLEVERSE possible.
Due to the nature of how additional Pokémon models are implemented in Minecraft, they need to be placed in both the resourcepacks and datapacks folders simultaneously in order to function correctly in-game.
To ensure seamless functionality and avoid requiring users to manually duplicate files or folders, we automate this integration process as part of the modpack's structure. However, the original, unmodified content is always included as a required dependency, and is downloaded directly and exclusively from Modrinth, ensuring that the original creators receive full attribution and download credit.
AllTheMons x Mega Showdown
This modpack integrates the AllTheMons x Mega Showdown resource/datapack to enhance the gameplay experience with high-quality models and compatibility features.
Acknowledgment: We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the original creators and the community behind this project. Their hard work in maintaining and expanding these assets is essential for the Cobblemon ecosystem.
Licensing Note:
All rights for the included assets belong to their respective creators. These files are used in compliance with their original distribution terms. If you enjoy the custom models and features provided by this integration, we highly encourage you to visit their official page and support the original developers.
This modpack, along with all its integrated content, is only distributed via the official Modrinth website and app, and nowhere else.
An alternative version of this modpack is also available on CurseForge. That version does not include any modified files containing additional Pokémon models.
The complete list of the included datapacks and resource packs, along with the names of the original authors and, where available, a link to the official project page, is available on our official website for easier reference and attribution tracking.
A heartfelt thank you to:
The Cobblemon Team, without you, none of this would exist. Your work is truly brilliant.
The incredible modders, datapack creators, and resource pack artists who have poured love into this game.
Every single one of you who joined our Discord, gave feedback, watched our TikTok videos, or just had fun with the modpack.
And of course… The Pokémon Company, Game Freak and Nintendo for shaping the childhood of millions, including ours.
If you notice any mistakes, or if you are the creator of one of the included mods, datapacks, or resources and would prefer that your content not be part of the COBBLEVERSE modpack, or have any questions about its use, please feel free to open a Ticket on our Discord or reach out via our website. We’re happy to collaborate and respect the preferences of every creator.
This modpack is still in progress so feel free to suggest how we can improve it on our Discord.
Terms and Conditions
COBBLEVERSE is published under an All Rights Reserved (ARR) license. By downloading, using, or hosting this modpack, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
📜 Terms of Use, Licensing & Server Guidelines
1. Usage and Distribution
Official Distribution: This modpack and all associated custom content (datapacks, resource packs, configurations, and custom assets) are intended to be installed exclusively through the official Modrinth App or website.
Prohibition of Re-uploads: Re-uploading, mirroring, or redistributing this modpack or any of its individual custom components to other platforms, launcher networks, or file-hosting services is strictly prohibited.
No Clones or Derivative Works: Creating modified versions, "re-branded" variants, or clones of COBBLEVERSE for public distribution without prior explicit written permission from the COBBLEVERSE team is a violation of our license.
2. Public Servers, Commercial Use & Monetization
We love supporting communities and server owners, but strict rules apply regarding public and commercial usage:
Private vs. Public Servers:
Private / Casual Servers: You are completely free to host private servers for friends, family, or small private communities using COBBLEVERSE.
Public Servers: Running a public server using COBBLEVERSE requires strict compliance with all third-party mod licenses and our own custom asset restrictions.
Prohibition of Custom Assets in Commercial Servers:
All custom assets created specifically for COBBLEVERSE, including custom structures, custom trainers, questlines, custom datapacks, and proprietary configurations, are protected under strict All Rights Reserved (ARR) terms.
You MAY NOT use COBBLEVERSE’s custom structures, trainers, or datapacks on any public server that features a commercial shop (ranks, perks, virtual items, or monetary transactions).
Third-Party Rights & Compliance:
COBBLEVERSE includes mods and assets from independent third-party creators under non-transferable or non-commercial licenses. Simply running our modpack on a server does not automatically grant you commercial rights over those third-party mods. Server owners are individually responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from independent creators whose work does not permit commercial use.
3. Server Branding & Identity
Naming Restrictions: You MAY NOT name or advertise your server as a "COBBLEVERSE Server" or use the name COBBLEVERSE as the primary identity of your project.
Allowed Compatibility Claims: You may state that your server is "COBBLEVERSE Compatible" or "Optimized for COBBLEVERSE" to inform players that they can join using the modpack, provided it is clear that your server is an independent entity.
We have taken every possible step to comply with all applicable licenses by declaring each included piece of content as a dependency within our modpack. This ensures that downloads and proper attribution are directed to the original authors.
A full list of all included content is publicly available in our COBBLEVERSE Collection, allowing anyone to review it without needing to download the modpack.
In addition, our official website features a comprehensive list of all models used, along with the datapacks and resource packs from which they originate.
In the few cases where modifications were necessary, they have been made solely to ensure proper functionality and technical stability within the context of the modpack.
5. Creator Rights & Contact
If at any time:
An error or oversight is identified,
A defect is found in attribution or implementation, or
A content creator featured in COBBLEVERSE wishes to request the modification or removal of their work,
we encourage and welcome direct communication.
You are free to contact us through any preferred channel (e.g., Discord, email, or our website), and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and respectfully.
