⚠️ CRITICAL: Boot-Up Instructions for Peak FPS
To actually see the "Next-Gen" performance, you must use these JVM arguments in your launcher. This enables the ZGC Generational collector, which basically deletes lag spikes before they happen.
Copy and paste this into your Java/JVM Settings:
-XX:+UseZGC -XX:+ZGenerational -XX:+AlwaysPreTouch -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+UseNUMA -XX:AllocateHeapAt=.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Optimization Guide Don't just install the pack and pray. Follow these steps to ensure the engine is actually running right:
Open your Launcher: (Modrinth App, Prism, or MultiMC).
Go to Instance Settings: Right-click the PvP Mods with Optimization instance and select Edit or Settings.
Find JVM Arguments: Look for the text box labeled JVM Arguments or Java Flags.
Paste the String: Delete everything currently in that box and paste the code provided above.
Memory Check: Make sure you have 6GB to 8GB of RAM allocated. ZGC works best when it has a little breathing room.
Launch: You’re ready to dominate.
